Mission Statement
It is the mission of the Rio Blanco County Assessor's Office to provide the citizens and taxpayers of the county with an assessment process that will ensure a fair and equitable valuation of all properties within the boundaries of the county. It is the goal of the Assessor's Office that all properties be valued in accordance with the laws that govern the office.
