The Clerk and Recorder's Office is responsible for voter registration, the conduct of all primary, general, and November coordinated elections, motor vehicle titling and registration, real estate and other recordings, marriage licenses, liquor licenses, and recording the minutes and the proceedings of the Board of County Commissioners, the Board of Equalization, the Board of Human Services and the County Board of Health.

Notice is hereby given that there will be a public hearing on Tuesday, April 13, 2021 at 1:15 PM at the Rio Blanco County Courthouse, 555 Main Street, 3rd floor Commissioners Room, Meeker, CO 81641 to consider an application for a new Beer and Wine Liquor License for Rural COZ Housing Company LLC DBA Trail and Hitch, 322 County Road 8, Meeker, CO 8164. Drivers License InformationThe Meeker Driver's License office is located in the southwest corner on the 1st floor of the county courthouse. The hours are 12:30-4:30 pm and 8:30am-12:30pm the following day. This gives people two different days to come in and take care of their needs.
The office will be open once a month. Please call 970-878-9460 for current dates and times. Future dates will be available when we are advised by the State office.
