ACCEPTABLE WASTES:

Municipal Solid Waste including: household debris, vegetation, mattresses, scrap metal, up to 5 non-commercial waste tires.  Junk vehicles, building demolition, friable and non-friable asbestos and special waste are also acceptable with proper documentation.

NON-ACCEPTABLE WASTES:

No Lead-acid batteries (vehicle batteries), used oil, electronics, commercially-generated tires or liquids.  Junk vehicles, building demolition, friable and non-friable asbestos and special waste are not acceptable without proper documentation.

Credit and debit card users will be charged a 2.95% credit card fee.

Most waste is charged by weight.  The only exceptions are tires, junk vehicles and mobile homes.

Landfill Holiday Closures
The landfill is closed on Sunday and the following major holidays:

  • New Year's Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day
