Public Notice Is Hereby Given, according to the law, Offering at Public Sale, from The Office of The Treasurer of the County of Rio Blanco and The State of Colorado, Located in The Rio Blanco County Courthouse, 555 Main Street, Meeker, CO, on the 3rd floor, on Thursday, November 19, 2026, at 10:00 AM and commencing at 10:00 AM, November 23, 2026.
The Rio Blanco County Treasurer’s Office provides a printed List of Property, Minerals and Natural Resources Subject to a Lien for Delinquent Taxes for the Tax Year 2025.
This document describes Real Estate, Minerals, and Natural Resources, situated in Rio Blanco County on which the Taxes for the Year of 2025 (Payable In 2026) have not been paid. As shall be necessary, the purchaser will pay said Tax with Interest and Penalties, and the County Treasurer will deliver to the purchaser a Certificate of Purchase as provided by law.
Redemption interest for 2026 certificates is 13%.
