You may file a grievance by following these steps:
- Contact your assigned caseworker.
- If unresolved, request to speak with the caseworker’s supervisor by calling 970-878-9640.
- If still unresolved, you may request a meeting with the DHS Director.
- You may submit a written grievance to the DHS Director.
The Director will respond within 20 calendar days. A final written decision will be issued within 35 days, if applicable.
