Qualifications

• Be representative of the community
• have demonstrable personal or professional knowledge and experience with children
• Not be employees or agents of the state department or any county department
• At least one member of the citizen review panel shall be the parent of a minor child at the time of his or her appointment to serve

About the Panel

Required by the State of Colorado.  There are no term limits and no set number of people.  This panel is for conflict resolution to provide a forum for grievances concerning the conduct of county department personnel in performing their duties.
